Incredibly good brand awareness was required, so when anyone wants to buy a pre-owned watch, they visit their website directly. To gain and retain incredibly good brand awareness continuous connection with target audience is necessary. Social media marketing is the best option to fulfil the purpose. In today’s world, almost everyone is on social media. If the brand has a respectable number of social media followers, their post will reach a huge amount of target audience. They can run brand awareness campaigns affordably on social media as well. This will incredibly increase their brand awareness.
For selecting the social medias, I identified their strength and weakness. They could produce genuinely nice watch images. Nice watch images get good amount of engagement on Instagram. This works as well on Pinterest. To run conversion campaigns Facebook is the best place. Again, Facebook is the most famous social media platform. Owning a Facebook page is obligatory. Another factor is rich and professional people like to buy branded watches. To target professional people, we needed to have our LinkedIn profile. We can record and upload videos of the watches on YouTube; it’ll help in both brand awareness and sales. We can tweet about watches and retweet the tweet of reputed brands and can get attention on Twitter.
After analyzing everything, my suggestion was to create profile on Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter. For the maintenance and growth of the accounts, a mammoth budget was essential. But they started with a minimal budget and could not afford the mammoth budget. Hence, I suggested to focus on the growth of Instagram at the beginning and keeping other accounts ongoing. When the business gets big, we’ll focus on growing other accounts as well.
After taking the project, first I understood their business model, product catalog, and circumstance of the business. Then, I analyzed the market condition and size of the industry. Next, I identified some of their competitors, visited their social media profiles, and analyzed their activity to understand their strategy and planning. I also understood their content strategy and took inspiration from them.
After that, I focused on the target audience groups. I searched for related key words and listened to the discussion happening on related topics. I understood the type of posts are getting engagement. I understood the demographics and interest of the audience. Based on the social media discussion and interest of the audience, I traced out their interest in watches, reason to buy, buying motivators, and sales barriers. Then, I created several target audience personas considering all the information. After understanding the business model, product categories, customer segments, and competitors, I performed a SWOT analysis and found the essential steps to increase brand awareness, real Instagram followers, and engagements.
I created a theme and template for the posts that will attract and be liked by every target audience persona. Post schedule were also created in a way that every target audience group will be engaged, and every product category will be discussed. I did hashtag research and created a list of suitable hashtags. I identified the best time to upload content and the most effective post frequency. I used the hashtags on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Pinterest to increase post reach and engagement. I managed their social media profiles and uploaded quality posts and images consistently.
Furthermore, to increase brand awareness, I focused on paid campaigns and ran several brand awareness campaigns. Brand awareness campaigns had tactics like storytelling of the brand, contest, giveaway campaigns, influencer marketing etc. A promotional story was created for each campaign. These campaigns helped to increase brand awareness and real Instagram followers and engagements. These brand awareness campaigns were run on Facebook and Instagram. The campaigns helped to grow real and interested followers on the social media profiles. Me with my team created informative, entertaining, and engaging ads, and managed the campaigns.
Currently, Instagram profile follower is 10K and engagement is around 30-50 engagements per post. The condition of other social media profiles is extremely good. The brand awareness campaigns were successful and now, they have immensely good brand awareness. My client is utterly satisfied with me and my team.
